A Complete Movement & Strength System
Move Better. Feel Better. Live Better.
Build strength. Move better. Stay capable.
PLAY is a movement and strength system designed to help you reclaim the strength, mobility, and physical capability that modern life gradually takes away.
In Their Words
Real PlayMates. Real change.
Who Is This For
Built for real bodies, real lives.
Women 35+
Navigating perimenopause, menopause, or the years after, while rebuilding strength, bone density, and confidence in a body that's changing.
Busy Professionals
Little time, and a body that's paying for it: sitting all day, stress held in the shoulders and hips. Training that fits into a real schedule.
Tight Hips & Shoulders
Years of sitting, stress, or old training habits have left you locked up. This is where we start.
Beginners Returning to Movement
Haven't trained in a while, or ever. You'll learn correctly from day one, with no catching up to do later.
Sustainable Fitness Seekers
Done with crash plans and burnout cycles. Looking for something you can keep doing, for years.
Strength Without Gym Culture
You want real strength and capability, without machines, mirrors, or bro-splits.

The Story Behind PLAY
Hi, I'm Chetan.
I've spent the last decade exploring yoga, movement, breathwork, mobility, kettlebells, Indian clubs, and traditional practices.
PLAY is my method to help you become stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.

The Method
One system. Five pillars.
The Tools
Not one workout style. A system.
Each tool serves a specific purpose, and they build on each other rather than standing alone.
| Tool | What it is | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Traditional ToolsMudgar, Gada, Indian Clubs | Circular, spiral-loaded movement that opens the shoulders, builds grip and rotational power, and restores range of motion. | Where PLAY begins for most people, preparing joints and connective tissue before anything heavier. |
| Bodyweight Movement | A deep library: calisthenics, animal flow, mobility drills, traditional and modern movement patterns. | Builds real movement literacy: coordination and control that doesn't depend on equipment. |
| Kettlebell | Loaded, rotational strength: swings, snatches, flow work, not static holds or isolated lifts. | Where mobility becomes force: strength that transfers to real life, not just a number. |
| Breath, Yoga & Recovery | Yoga asanas, breathwork, and lymphatic release built into every session. | Regulates the nervous system and makes the results actually last. |

Questions
Before you reach out.
Do I need to buy equipment before starting?
At most, one simple tool: a mudgar, a kettlebell, or a pair of Indian clubs, depending on what we're working on. Nothing expensive, nothing complicated. We'll tell you exactly what to get and where, before you need it.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Most people start exactly because they're not: stiff, low energy, out of practice. The training meets you where your body actually is, not where you think it should be.
I'm not flexible, or my joints are stiff. Is this safe for me?
This is who PLAY is built for. The method opens the body gradually: breath and mobility first, strength after, rather than assuming you're already capable of a hard workout on day one.
How much time do I need each week?
Minimum two sessions a week. Three, on alternate days, is the ideal spot for real progress.
I already go to the gym. Do I still need this?
Yes, and it pairs well. PLAY isn't a replacement for strength training. It's what most gym training skips: mobility, breath, and the connective work that keeps your joints and shoulders healthy long-term.
Is this only for women?
No. Most of the people we work with are women 35+, and the training speaks directly to what that stage of life needs. Men train with us too, especially for stiffness and mobility.
How long until I see results?
Some things shift fast: sleep, tightness, breathing, often within a few weeks. Real strength and mobility change takes longer, which is why we recommend a minimum 3-month (12-week) commitment.
What happens after I message?
Before we jump on a call, we'll ask a few quick questions about your body, your goals, and your availability. This helps us understand if and how we can genuinely help before we commit each other's time.
Do you train online or in person?
Mostly online. That's where most of our coaching happens, and it works well no matter where you are. If you're in Jaipur, we're happy to start with a call or a conversation on WhatsApp to figure out what fits best for you.
How much does personal training cost?
Pricing depends on a few things: your current condition and goals, how many days a week we train, and whether it's one-on-one or with a partner or small group. Once we understand what you're working with and what you want to achieve, we'll put together a package that actually fits.
Our Belief
PLAY is a movement-based approach that helps you move better, feel better, and live better.
